This Journal reports labour law and employment cases from the Malaysian Industrial Courts and the Malaysian civil courts. Designed for effective comparative analysis in labour law and industrial relations matters, this report also features relevant awards and judgments from foreign jurisdictions namely United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, India and Canada.

The print issues run from 2010-2013 after which it moved fully online (2014 onwards). The unreported awards/judgments online date back from 1999.

  • The Articles part in the Industrial Law Journal (ILJ) features contributions from reputable judges, practitioners and academicians. The articles encompasses a wide range of issues in this area of law keeping up with the current trends, latest developments and legislative changes locally and across the Commonwealth.
